- Refund Process
If you are eligible for a refund, please follow these steps to apply:
Contact Customer Service: Please contact us via our customer service email address support@resinout.cc, informing us of the product you wish to refund and the reason.
Return Address: Once your application is approved, we will provide you with a return address and further instructions.
Returning Goods: Please return the goods to the address we specify as requested, and be sure to keep the tracking number for package tracking.
- Refund Processing: Upon receiving the returned goods, we will inspect them to confirm they meet the return conditions. Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days after confirmation, and the refund amount will be returned to the payment method used at the time of purchase.
- Shipping and Handling Fees: The refund amount does not include the original order’s shipping costs. Shipping costs incurred during the return/exchange process are borne by the customer, unless there is a quality issue with the product or the wrong item was sent.
